Red Velvet!

Hello world! It's been a very long time I haven't post anything in my blog. I'm here in my holiday (again) because 9 grade is on National Exam now. Wish they can do the test well. Amin.

Do you know Red Velvet? you know... a cake, or maybe you found it in other variant, like Red Velvet Fudge, Ice Cream, or Pancake?

I really want to taste Red Velvet! This is because i read an article from Gogirl! magazine. I'm mad because i want to taste Red Velvet.

Well.. Do you know what is actually Red Velvet? This is some information from Wikipedia that i found about Red Velvet :

red velvet cake is a popular cake with a dark red, bright red or red-brown color. It is usually prepared as a layer cake topped with a creamy vanilla icingcookie dough, or most popularly, cream cheese icing. The reddish-brown color of the cake was originally from a reaction of the cocoa powder with an acidic ingredient such as buttermilk; however, red food coloring is often added.
Common ingredients include buttermilkbutterflourcocoacookie dough if using that filling, and beetroot or red food coloring. The amount of cocoa used varies in different recipes. Cream cheese frosting is most commonly paired with the cake, as well as the traditional buttercream.
I haven't found Red Velvet in Surabaya. Last, I knew that Dapur Cokelat sells Rainbow Cake. But still, I want Red Velvet!
